Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit: A deposit secures your appointment. If unsure about the service, please email us for guidance. You may opt for a cut and blow-dry for an initial consultation. Note: Clients with hair extensions will incur an additional charge of £20 per service (including cut and blow-dry, blow-dries, colour, etc.). Service Pricing and Consultation: All our service prices start from a base rate. The final cost is determined by the time required for each service, which varies per client. A detailed consultation on pricing is conducted before any service. Clients with hair extensions will be informed of the additional £20 charge during this consultation. This ensures transparency and understanding of the final service cost. Invoices need to be paid in full at the end of each appointment. Cancellations: Our 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Deposits are non-refundable after this period. Missed appointments without a deposit may result in a fee on your next invoice. Subscription policy and cancellation is stated on purchase of Subscriptions. 24 hours notification prior to the service is required to cancel a subscription. Each booking is to be used exclusively by one person per booking. All Shook Up Hair holds the right to manage bookings at our discretion. Memberships and bookings are redeemable between Tuesdays and Saturdays. Cancellations require a minimum of 3 hours per fitness class to receive a refund. Hotdesking requires notification to cancel prior to the start of the booking to receive a refund. Please adhere to our cancellation policy. Skin Tests: A mandatory patch test for hair colouring is required 48 hours before the appointment for all clients, both new and returning (if it’s been over 3 months). This ensures compliance with our product regulations. Complaints: Please address any service concerns within 7 days. We’ll arrange an in-person meeting to discuss and address them. We are not responsible for corrective work performed by another salon and do not issue refunds for completed services. Outstanding invoices will be liable to incur interest charges and subject to recovery enforcement and legal action.
