All Shook Up Salons was founded in 2014 by Pamela Pretorius. The salon was founded on a passion for sustainability for the planet, which has transposed lifestyle values to a progressive attitude within the hair industry.

During a complimentary consultation the ASU stylist will discuss your hair goals and your expectations will be managed accordingly.
We always be authentic and honest in our communications so you can fully expect how much your service will cost, as well as what is likely to be achieved before you commit to the service or hair journey.

Thorough consultations both online and in person,
A strand test prior to a new colour or chemical service or plan to ensure colour results and the condition of your hair isn’t compromised, and allergy alert screening and skin testing in line with our insurance policy and manufacturers guidelines to ensure your health and safety.
Feedback is very important at All Shook Up Salon and we kindly ask you to email your feedback to us and all feedback received will be used to develop and maintain the services and products offered at All Shook Up Salon.
A note from the founder
My hope has always been to create a unique experience that centers around sustainability, where both colleagues and clients feel welcome and at eaze to be themselves. I have always aimed to provide the highest standard of customer service and uncompromised quality in everything related to the All Shook Up brand.
My long term ambition for the All Shook Up Brand is to grow my team and take them to South Africa, where I'm developing an academy salon, to help break down the racialized boundaries still present in our industry, by introducing British influence and education for all types of hair, giving hairstylists experiences and opportunities to take their craft across the globe.
I eventually hope to turn the All Shook Up brand into a community-led trust organization, to enable its keepers to profit from, and nurture future generations of hairstylists and their communities to come.
