How often will I need to retouch?The effects are designed to last for months. Depending on your hair type and maintenance routine, you may need a touch-up every 4-6 months for Keratin, and 4-6 weeks for Texture Release.

Can I have the Smoothing treatment if my hair is coloured?Absolutely, however we recommend having your hair coloured two weeks before/ after the Smoothing Service.

Is there any special care required post-treatment?We have the recommended shampoo and styling products which will help maintain the treatment's effects available for purchase from the salon. Speak to your stylist on the day of your appointment for guidance. Other than that, just enjoy your fabulous hair!

How long does the Keratin treatment take?The treatment takes up to 3 hours. While it might seem lengthy, think of the months of hassle-free, gorgeous hair you get in return!
